Greetings, friend! It is time for me to start off my new project. I have a lot in mind regarding this challenge and even though the full terms are rather abstract at the moment I think it will shape and mold itself as the project goes on. As of right now it feels like a catalysator for thoughts that I have been bearing for weeks if not months. The arguments in debate about copyright and intellectual property has run down to separate extreme paths and the way I see it, there is a huge need to return to the core question; why culture? For what purpose? And for whom?

This blog does not intend to get down into the deep understandings of bygone times of the entertainment industry and its development. Instead, the ambition of my challenge is to find a future solution in where there is an equilibrium where consumer meets producer in other terms than a price. This means living my everyday life using alternative entertainment media which is released and meant to be free, not limited with a price behind some regulatory market brand such as Copyright or TradeMark. This means that the equlibrium will not be of the typical supply and demand but where the terms for production, distribution and consumption are based on common values and mutual understanding not involving any monetary transactions.

A new dawn fades… One where I give you readers a full-fledged insight of how I survive, think and develop my life with open source and legally free media. I hope you will stay with me to enjoy the reviews and tips I give out for changing your consumption of entertainment! This is the new beginning!
